Tangi Gate Route Not In Good Condition

Planning to visit Murchison falls park this month , we strongly recommend you avoid the Tangi gate , situated on the northern side of the nile. If plan on using the Nakasongola- Packwach- Karuma route , you should replan and use other gates for safety purposes.
A guide from Tristar Africa Skimmer Safaris just confirmed that when he was taking clients on a Uganda safari in Murchison falls park, the road got flooded when it started raining scaring clients and the tour guide himself, he managed to get them through making to their accommodation in one piece .
Accessing Murchison falls park from the north along Karuma falls close to Packwach is a no go during this unpredictable July which isnt always the rainy month. Please take great heed about this news and add it to safety precaution list when on the safari in Murchison falls national park.
Lets hope the rains calm down so our tourist wont have to regret visit one of Uganda’s most popular and visited national parks. The summer is close though as August approaches so we can assure tourists planning to visit Uganda that the weather will be very good soon.
Tristar Africa Skimmer Safaris will keep you posted with current news and updates from the park as our guides are on tour this month. For further information about this , simply call our very own Uganda safari guide, Elia at +256-758540071.
Have a great trip to Murchison falls park-
