Bwindi national park is a UNESCO world heritage site home to over half the world's population of mountain gorillas, one of the most endangered species listed. Gorilla trekking might be the most popular activity but there are other 120 mammal species including 12 primates and 350 bird species making it the perfect destination for natures walks plus community tours. Below is a 3 days flying safari to Bwindi impenetrable including accommodation and activities to do.

Day 1- Fly to Bwindi Forest.
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel/ residence and transfer you to Entebbe airport where you will board a plane to Bwindi forest, flight lasts about an hour offering you magnificent sky views of south western Uganda. Arrive at Kihihi airstrip where you will meet your guide for the whole trip. Check in at the lodge by 11 am and prepare for nature walk or community tour in the afternoon. Transfer back to lodge after the afternoon tour for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 - Gorilla Trekking
After yiou have had breakfast and packed your lunch, you will be driven to the park headquaters for briefing by the UWA guides. Proceed to the forest to track mountain gorillas, treks last up to 5 hours depending on the location of the gorillas at that specific time. You will be given only an hour in the midst of these apes to observe and take pictures, so some with a a loaded camera ready for the primate encounter of your life. After the gorilla safari is done, you will hike to a meeting point where our guide will meet you and transfer you back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Fly back to Entebbe airport
After an early morning breakfast, check out of the lodge and prepare for a drive to Kihihi airstrip where you will board a plane back to Entebbe airport.
