Jinja is a town found in the Eastern region of Uganda, along the northern shores of Lake Victoria, east of Kampala city; Uganda’s main capital city near the source of the White Nile. While on your drive to Jinja, you will pass through Mabira forest one of Uganda’s ancient and natural tropical rain forest, Sezibwa falls; a unique Buganda heritage site where many people flock for blessings, Lugazi and Kakira sugarcane plantations. You will feel the cold breeze blowing in from the Lake Victoria. It is approximately 81km which is about 2 hours drive via the Kampala – Jinja road.
